On the nose it offers nuances of ripe fruit such as raspberry, blackcurrant and under brush aromas, hints of plum and cherry wrapped in a sweet note of ripe morello cherry with notes of chocolate, coconut and coffee.
On the palate, it is rich and very concentrated with spicy notes enhanced by a consistent presence of very sweet tannins.
A lively, powerful, elegant and expressive wine.

Notes from the winemaker: Fermentation takes place using natural methods, thanks to local yeasts; maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the characteristics of the grape variety and the vintage. After racking, the wines are transferred into 2.25 hectolitres barriques.
