data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Four hectares of vineyards in Martina Franca, located in the highest altitude area, 450 meters above sea level: these soils, suitable for white grapes and with perfect climatic conditions, made this area crucial for Apulian oenology, with one of the oldest appellations in Italy and Europe, Locorotondo DOC.<\/p>\n<p>For Primitivo di Manduria we strongly wanted very ancient vines, making a choice against the trend. We are going to tell you a secret: these vines are no longer in use, nobody cultivates them anymore.<\/p>\n<p>The reason? They have a low yield, mechanical harvesting processes cannot be used and consequently a great involvement of manpower is required. Despite all these difficulties, we chose them to make our dreams come true.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dream big and dream We are going to tell you a secret: these vines are no longer in use, nobody cultivates them anymore.<\/p>\n<p>The reason? They have a low yield, mechanical harvesting processes cannot be used and consequently a great involvement of manpower is required.
