\nTasting notes: Bright straw yellow with slight greenish hues.
\nOn the nose, it reminds of green apple, medlar and pears, followed by hints of bergamot, lychee and pineapple in addition to pleasant floral hints of elder and hawthorn.
\nThere is also a herbaceous note of rosemary and sage and a slightly almond undertone in the finish.
\nThe taste is very delicate, gentle and citrusy. The freshness is striking but well balanced with a hint of karst mineral. Excellent dynamic and juicy on the palate with a slightly savoury finish.<\/strong>
