The Puglia Pop project was born from the desire to change the way we think about and tell the story of the world of Apulian wine.
It was not going to be just about breaking of the aesthetic rules. We had to try to build a new concept: telling about the wine of this region by focusing on the values and beliefs of the Apulians, on their mood and their extremely unconventional way of thinking, which made them over time “a people capable of believing in dragons and wizards but rational in the deepest sense”.
