Orders and shipments are limited to the Italian territory only.

The delivery of orders placed takes on average 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days) across Italy (excluding islands) and 2 to 3 business days for the islands only and is subjected to the date of actual payment of the order.

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by a tax document that states the value of individual items in Euro.

The purchased goods, together with the related tax document, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the client at the time of the online order.

In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order, the courier will leave a note and try a second time, if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (CIGNO MORO SRL).

The prices published on the website, the payments and the tax documents of the orders are expressed in Euro.
