Tasting notes: Bright ruby red colour. On the nose it is engaging, rich in fruity fragrance of blackberries, currants and strawberries with hints of plum and cherry intertwined with touches of graphite and aromatic herbs, ebony and cocoa.
On the palate, the taste is fresh and pulpy on smooth and persuasive tannins, displaying elegance and a velvety texture, with an excellent structure. The finish has satisfyingly long and pleasant nuances.

Notes from the winemaker: Fermentation takes place using natural methods, thanks to local yeasts; maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the characteristics of the grape variety and the vintage. After racking, the wine remains in Barriques for 6 months.
