Tasting notes: Its pomegranate pink colour is unique.
On the nose, it is extra elegant with hints of fruit and cherry, strawberries, raspberries and pink grapefruit added into a floral contest of dog rose and red geranium on a balsamic backdrop.
On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and with a fruity balance, marked by a long fresh-acidic tone embellished by a gentle touch of savoury notes.
Pervasive finish pleasantly bitter.

Notes from the winemaker: The grapes are carefully selected.
During the alcoholic fermentation, the grapes also are subjected to maceration on the skins. Then pressing is carried out for the correct development of the fermentation and the extraction of the organic compounds from the skins, fundamental both for the aromatic profile of the wines and for their ageing.
